A Suggestion, not a Change

So i was thinking,

with all the people who recently have been coming on and applying for admin without meeting the requirements first , i think that it would be nice to have a URL for them to go to first instead of the link at the top.

like have http://www.wcugaming.org/admin lead to the admin application along with either a banner at the top or some sort of pop up that would explain what was required of the applicant, the rules they would enforce and the fact that we need them to be apart of the community on the forums first.

i think it would eliminate many of the posters that come on and just see admin application without seeing the rules first.

just if we are gonna update the website we could toss that in to be done to
