Any program that stands between Windows and your network card is going to cause issues. It may not be causing this problem but stuff like that has no place in the real world, it simply doesn’t fix anything and any change in lag is due to placebo effect.
im using this tool to prevent Vista Wireless scanning every 60 sec for another network thats better to log on… This tool WLANoptimizer only disables the scanning function meanwhile makes sure that the wireless works again when starting up the pc
