He actually pulled it off Wikipedia and unless you’re a chemist, chemical engineer, or biologist with extensive knowledge of the chemical effects of l-dopa on the human body you really can’t refute it. Most likely not. There are usually waivers you sign before taking any sort of vaccine, being completely screwed up or dying are notable things you typically waive the right to sue over.
