North Korea is really like the problem child in day care. They are small, smell, and dumb, yet they want all the attention they can get so they steal toys from neighboring children and threaten to throw said toys at them until the big teacher comes over and says…. we will give you a snack if you stop botherng the others. The problem child then eats the snack gloating his plan worked, but once the snack runs out the process starts again.
