Restarting the server seemed to help a lot. Today the server was running smoothly almost the entire afternoon. A minor lag spike here and there but pings didn’t shoot up to 200+
The overall load on the box wasn’t that high tonight. Keep in mind, the CS16 server is restarted every morning.
