No one (here I don’t think) is blaming bush totally for the economy. But he is partially responsible. We are still in a WAR, which last I checked wasn’t helping our economy at all. And that debt thing you talk about Nickname, we have never been this much in economic debt ever.

That number up there? That is a trillion dollars, down the tube. So bush isn’t to blame for the DOW going all wacko, but he spent the last 8 years blowing money in Iraq.
I think it’s more of a “Guilt by association” kind of thing:
“I blame bush for the war, the war is bad for economy, therefore I blame bush for the economy.”
You can’t really blame one person or even a group of people for this. Just like you can’t totally blame bush for this. But he still has a piece in the collective blame game that will probably never end.
