Well if the server is full like 29 players you need less then half to make RTV to start voting the map and for that amount all u need is 1 side of team to rtv the map its probably because they been stacked and want to change the map.
Well to prevent that we should add some new DE maps for the server to make maps waste longer.
But you can’t really change athing if people just want to change a map even every 5 minutes.
Well another sugestion is to increase the number of people you need to RTV to work.
