Look, Like I already said, that is a typical score for your computer. IDK how you got a 4.7 before (dice hax?!?) but the hardware is not malfunctioning. If you didn’t change anything on your computer, IDK what you did but there is nothing “wrong” unless someone stole your videocard and replaced it with a different model (the dv9700t also can come with an 8600M GS, which WOULD pull a 4.7 rating). If someone stole your PC, call the p0l1c3.
