Is the message a Windows message or a monitor message? That sort of message is usually given by a monitor when you are trying to display at a resolution it doesn’t support, hense why I said reset your game config. Changing to HDMI won’t do a thing if you’re still trying to use a resolution the monitor doesn’t support.
