I do find interesting that Google would throw something like that in the EULA. As much time as they put into it they had to have known about the possessiveness of the license agreement. I have to wonder if that was put there on purpose, if you’ve been keeping up with some of the underhanded stuff Google’s been doing the last year or two it really shouldn’t surprise you.
