More information please. Does the motherboard throw any beep code? Do fans come on? Post your system specifications also. Make sure you aren’t grounding out the motherboard with a loose mounting screw and that all the chassis wiring is installed and installed in the proper places.
No beeping, the fans don’t come on, it doesn’t boot….
