No water cooling is necessary for this build IMO. Other than the GTX 280 (which I doubt VERY seriously has a water block at this point), everything is on newer, smaller, and cooler processes. I would either not worry about it or wait till someone releases a GTX 280 water block. What temp is your CPU running at anyways? 25 degrees?
