Agreed. If you’re going to reset the server, do it at 3-5am when you know no one is going to be using it. Aphrodite and TRON are both production servers and are rarely given the respect that comes with that title. Unless there is something quantifiably wrong with the server there is no reason to touch it at all and there is absolutely no reason to RDP into it unless something major is wrong.
here is the response when i asked him why it was restarted.

having that said if mysql was crashing then .. i would have restarted it also if i found something on google that says it might fix it.
