well yes i am a student and i am not using a router, i am connected directly into the wall. this has been an issue since i have been at western. i started this year so i have had this issue since i got here in august. i cant even play halo pc anymore and halo 2 is either hit or miss, ill have great ping or i will not be able to even play.
