— adding a store mod to the site, I will look up random gear and try to make it as cheap as we can. I think we want to use them as marketing resources instead of a profit.
— giving something back to the donating people. Something from the gear store? maybe a coupon that they can buy something or a store credit tied to it?
— Setting up a store? good idea or bad? I will host it, but we need to find something like paypal to checkout or maybe we should use something like http://www.cafepress.com/ which package and print and ship everything, we just select the shirts and stuff and upload logo’s.
— Talk about derrick leaving the club, make sure everyone understands what happen. So we can learn from this if nothing else.
— Lan signup. Get some ideas for what we want it to look like. Differences between a developed app and a one size fits all form. (Having it come it as a forum thread instead of signup database or both for sorting and public viewing)?

I plan on doing a call in for this meeting. Hopefully Nodizzle with hook me up with a call, he normally does. I will let AMerrill know about the meeting and he may come. He will be there for the lan.
