i remember working at a country club / golf course many years ago, and they had the breakfast buffet of the gods… and after we stopped serving we got to help ourselves (anything left over was fair game, coz they couldn’t reserve it or anything). Just, whoa. And I know how to make some kick-*edited* french toast from that too
