Hannah is the alter ego of Miley, but Miley is a regular girl and Hannah is a celebrity performer. And since Hannah is Hotter than Miley is unless Miley has blonde hair, then Hannah is hotter. But since Miley just dresses up as Hannah while on stage, no one knows that Miley is actually Hannah, and since Hannah is actually Miley, Hanna > hotter than Miley…
