It doesn’t take into account rounds won. So You will have high scoring people on a team that has not won a round, and then it switches them to the team that has won every round, therefore making things incredibly unbalanced.
Also half the time it switches people that don’t make any differece whatsoever in blancing teams. I saw it switch someone who was 2-3 with someone who was 2-3.
