its oil not water. you’re basically using physics to cool your computer. submerge it in oil, oil absorbs the heat and disperses it a lot better than air. and it would be pretty simple to cool the oil with a simple radiator/pump system.
but if your computer sucks you’ve got a deep fat fryer.
