I was thinking about what happens when officers leave the club or graduate and nobody is really sufficient to take on their previous role. During this thought I wanted to ask if we had anything in place to insure that someone down the line could take a graduating club officers place.
(In other words do we have backups in case someone leaves the club?)
I’ve seen systems work in other organizations. If we do already have some kind of policy for this then great 
. If not then it is at least worth discussion.
