i’ve been using a g5 for about the last 3 years, and it’s worked pretty well granted it wasn’t cheap, that said, i’ve used headsets that are cheap and they don’t go much further than a year, stupid mic always gives out.
with a mouse, i figure a cheap one will work ok, just keep your cords safe, i think that is the primary cause for why my headsets fail, but with my current setup the cords are safe, so i figure that things should be ok.
