* Save the spray you want to your hard drive or desktop.
* Download and install the decal converter
* Open your decal converter program
* Go to File
* Open picture
* Browse to the spray you saved
* Adjust the size of the spray to the size it was on the site.(if you don’t make it the same size it will look like *edited*.)
* Then go to the Decal
* Make decal
* Select Add
* Browse to your Desktop
* Select Ok
* And Ok again
* A message will appear that you are about to over ride any existing files blah blah just hit ok again
* After the file has been made you must chance the name of it to tempdecal.wad
* Place the file is this location C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\’your-email-account-for-steam’\counter-strike\cstrike
* Then you must delete your custom.hpk file for it to work.
