oh well apparently earlier today the server was generous towards me and gave me good bullet reg, but from 8pm it just took a dump on me 
btw I see we can now use cl_interp 0.010 and ratio of 1, nice nic enice 
evidently i think…. hate to say it but i think 100 tick causing trouble/lag when the server is at peak at night
