Sup guys, figure I would throw this here, its the most checked thread, also some guys work schedule depends on this so the answer is needed pretty quick.
At the next LAN I heard that the LoL game type would be dominion. I also heard that we could appeal the decision before the next LAN. If so how and where, under the rules I found no answer to this question. Thanks for the help!
All I could find on the games at the LAN were:
The voting process is as follows: a LAN event, game, platform, or officer receives a nomination from an active member of the Club.
To plan a LAN event, the following must be answered:
- When will the LAN event occur?
- What will be the run time of the LAN and the tournament?
- What are the tournament rules?
- How will the tournament brackets be structured?
- What games will be played?
- How will the LAN be budgeted?
- What food and drink will be served?
- What possible prizes will be given?
Some of us just feel that the Summoner’s Rift brings a great attendance for the LAN. Actually, now, a majority come because of it, 5 teams last LAN, 25 people, plus friends that the people bring.
It’s fine if there is no way to appeal this decision, just asking respectively and properly.
Again Thanks
P.S. I agree with Thor that the PR needs to be stepped up
