SpectatorIs there anyway to play music throughout the UC Grandroom during the LAN? I think it would be enjoyable to the people spectating and waiting for their matches.
Thoughts?

SpectatorHmm, it sounds like it could be fun. The only thing that concerns me is noise polution. The LANs are already pretty noisy.

SpectatorYes it’s possible but I’d clear it through the UC staff first.

SpectatorThe LANs are already pretty loud, I think the music would either be unnoticeable in some areas.
But some artists like deadmau5, pendulum, or powerglove would make good background music.

SpectatorWell can only learn by doing, so get Kaz to talk to Jill and give it a shot. If it doesnt work it doesnt work.

SpectatorI like this idea. Ill ask her about it Tuesday or Wednesday. Ive got tons of game soundtracks that would be great for the LANs.

SpectatorNow that I think about it, a four-piece orchestra would really bring some class to the LANs.
And maybe some wine and cheese.

SpectatorThis could be a great idea but care to what music is chosen, there are many levels of gamers, something that hypes people to play but not enough to have them screaming like a bunch of high school kids that scream just to scream.

SpectatorAsk LMP for help. Less stress. We need to perfect what we are doing.

SpectatorI agree with Adam.

Spectator+1 to Adam’s post.
Granted, I will say even when the LANs were smaller, the LAN is plenty loud anyways just from the console gamers (due to the necessary volume from TVs). Granted, I have an idea that may help with that in the future, plus it may add a nice little sponsor to your list.
