So it was none of the above. Couldn’t figure out why our internet was so *edited*ty until I started to look and see who was on the router. Apparently a roommate removed the password from our router because he brought a girl over who could not figure out how to connect to the internet, so for the past 3 days someone has been using our internet to stream/torrent something on our wonderful unprotected internet. Guy had four computers using a total of 2.6mb/s of our Download speed. (total is 3.0)
Password is back, pinging back to 100 for CS so that’s good.
