Keep in mind the shutdown power would be over backbone providers as well because they are the ISPs of the ISPs. This means Obama would have shutdown power of all US based websites and services.
Google going down for a day would hurt everyone, not just the US.
Guys, this is what happens when democrats control congress. I know republicans aren’t much better but at least they never tried to take over the internet…
