You’ll need a windows CD for this:
1. Put CD in
2. Restart computer
3. Boot from CD
4. Once windows tries to boot up the installer, hit “R” for recovery console
5. Select the partition you want to use (it will be C:\Windows)
6. Type format c: /s /q
7. ???
8. PROFIT
