My understanding is they can be caused by normal growth. Doctor said mine was caused by joints rubbing or some such thing. It’s just a buildup of excess fluid that should have been flushed.
Mine were infected hair follicles from bacteria gathering around and were trying to forcefully push out the hair from the base of the root. When that failed it esceladed(spellcheck) into em. I went a few weeks to almost a month before I went to the Dr. for some help and well, the infection spread everywhere. I even had one at the base of my “sack” that was the biggest *edited* in the world to “de-ooze” as it were.
