SpectatorMainly because I know there’s a good few people that play it.

SpectatorIt’s not actually a club supported game, so if it was my call, I’d say no.

SpectatorMaybe it’s not a club supported game because… there wasn’t enough interest in it before. >,> If there’s significant interest in M:TG in the club, then why not add a forum section?

Spectatorif there start being several posts about the topic, it may get its own subforum. However, there really aren’t any threads about it anywhere… so why start a subforum?

SpectatorAgreed. So Liquid, let’s start some topics in a relevant section.

SpectatorSure. What section would you say is relevant?
September 27, 2009 at 2:55 pm #92969MajorMajorMajor
SpectatorSeriously, I cannot imagine a place that would fit MTG. Initially I thought it could fit in the “PC Software Section” as that is where all the other games are put, except its not software or PC lol. I guess for now that would be the appropriate place for it unless you want to try in the “Gaming News” Section.

SpectatorGeneral Discussion. Random. Or Maybe the PC Games: Other section? Idk.
September 27, 2009 at 3:43 pm #92977MasterP
SpectatorBest place would probably be General Discussion or Random.
If there’s enough chatter on it to create a sub-section for it we can move all the relevant threads to it later. Don’t let a lack of location hinder the discussion.

SpectatorI don’t know. The club seems to focus on more online games. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone playing MTG during a LAN except for one little HALO 2 tournament we had a long time ago. They were just there to root for a friend anyway….least i don’t remember them playing. Don’t remember but i don’t even think it was a club tournament, just some BS for that Up All Night thing we used to have

SpectatorI’ve played TCGs at every LAN I’ve attended so far.

SpectatorThen i must eat my words since i have never seen you. Never got into the game but i always thought it was interesting to watch. Hell i even noticed all the little hunters during the last one.

SpectatorYeah, there’s not a whole lot of us that bring our decks to the LANs, and we typically just fit in a few rounds between tournaments, wherein the hunters will hunt for hours on end. TCGs are best suited for their own event due to time constraints.
