Help me choose a new monitor

Ok so I sold my Dell so I have some extra cash and would like to upgrade my 20″ benq to something larger.

Here are some contenders I am looking at:

SAMSUNG 2343BWX High Glossy Black 23″ 5ms 16:9 Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 20000:1 (DC) w/ HDCP Support – Retail – $199

Pros: Its a Samsung

Cons: “only” 23″, has very odd resolution

Hanns·G HH-251HPB Black 24.6″ 2ms HDMI Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 DC 15000:1(800:1) Built-in Speakers – Retail – $199

Pros: Big. Dual HDMI support. 2ms response time

Cons: Speakers are likely garbage and will go unused. Not sure on the quality

ASUS VH242H Black 23.6″ 5ms HDMI Full 1080P Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 1000:1 (ASCR 20000:1) Built in Speakers – Retail – $189 – $10MIR = $179

Pros: Cheaper than the other 2. Has DVI and HDMI ports.

Cons: Same as the Hanns-G

I’m gonna guess 99% of the responses here will say get the Samsung but I am willing to swing the bat for any other company. Also if anyone has any other suggestions, let me know!
