Now before MasterP comes in and lols at me for suggesting a Foxconn motherboard (which he has never used), let me tell you that I have experience with their boards, I actually have one in my media center computer and they are great boards, but very basic; no fancy features here but at least it will get the job done.

I mean its an intel board. It’s gonna be basic. But you have to figure they know how to make boards for their own processors…
If you are gonna spend more than that you might as well get a new processor too.
