Ok guys, I got news from Kaz that we are getting a new server that will allow us to put another dedicated server or two to our list. I need from you guys a list of games you would like to see as a dedicated server. Once I get a full list, I will open a poll and we will vote on which ones will get server space.

CS 1.6
CS:S
TF2
L4D
Purposed:
CS 1.6 24/7 de_dust2
CS:S 24/7 de_dust2
L4D (Survival, Versus, Custom Maps, Normal)
Day of Defeat: Source (24/7 dod_avalanche)
Modern Warfare 2 (when it is released)
L4D2 Server(s) (2 minimum) (when released)
Private WoW server (Check for legal issues)
I don’t know the timeline for when the new server will come in, but I have heard the specs and believe me we can run more than “another dedicated server or two”

idk what i think about a cs:s 24/7 d2 server. i think it could take away from the current cs:s server.
It may or may not. It may beef up both. Cause surely there are some who’ll only want to play on the 24/7 and those who don’t. And those who’ll want to play in both (mainly, when one gets tired of the 24/7, swaps over). But yea. Nickname, all of that would be amazing and perfect. Maybe swap a L4D server for a L4D2 one and keep them balanced. Personally, I’d prefer a VS server for L4D(2).
Okay. I guess it just defaults to campaign normally since I usually saw the stat tracker maxing at 4 people.
Survival is disabled on our server to keep one group of people from stacking it all day long.
At least it was, anyways.

Ok I was of the understand that they were legal, in that you buy the game then pay the fee to play on Blizzard’s servers… but if they are illegal then yeah we definitely don’t want to mess with that.
I have Googled around and found several WoW private servers that seem to be running for quite some time… so it could be legal.

We had the same issue with Non-Steam CounterStrike Servers lol
Instead of just a 24/7 de_dust2 sauce server, what about a 24/7 dust2/office…server??
And maybe a 24/7 2fort or orange_x server for TF2??

but i agree with 3 24/7 servers on a single map as apposed to 3 server with a rotation.
For the private WoW server you have to get in contact with blizzard and go thru a bunch of people and you never quite get to anyone who really knows what the hell is going on.
