We are now using tons of custom code and handwritten plugins that would be lost. We don’t have any onsite backup options so a loss of a stripe set would be a total loss and custom plugins and server configs can’t be re-written overnight.
If we have drive trouble we can switch later, in the meantime leaving our asses out in the open like that is not smart, especially with brand new, untested drives.
