Changing HUD Color

How can one change the color of their HUD? I’m talking about the stuff that displays your Health, Ammo, Time left before bomb explodes/hosties are executed, etc…

I know that Raine has a green hud, so it has to be possible.

The reason I ask is because I got killed 3 times in a row in dust 2, because my hud is yellow, and I have to look up at the sky to see everything, and I didn’t see the guy in front of me.
