    Okay guys

so the deal is, I have a Razer Piranha headset that I just got on Christmas (this last december) and yeah it was exspensive, so im thinking : Why isn’t it working?? :

    • There is no drivers needed for it when you get it

    • I’ve repeatedly tested my hardware in sounds and audio devices

    • I’ve unplugged and replugged the cords

    • and l8ly I’ve tried turning the boost microphone setting in game OFF but, when I do so, imeadiatley after i close it, it is checked again.

I have heard it is a Feedback problem?

I have heard my microphones been hacked (which I highly doubt)

any help once so ever you guys??

To clarify it is like a feedback problem. It kinda sounds like she is talking with a fan right next to her.

Make sure Mic Boost is enabled in both XP’s recording device properties and CSS.

Test the mic in Window’s Sound Recorder and let us know if you can hear yourself.
