None of the major figures in the party right now will cut it because none of them are true Republicans. As it stands now, the Republican elite is nothing more than a group of centrists using our ticket to run, none of them have more than a handful of the principals and ideals that the party once did so well running on. I mean when you look back at who we had to pick from all our candidates were about 1/3 liberal, 1/3 centrist, and 1/3 conservative, the only difference between them was which issue they were conservative on and you can’t win an election when your own candidate was himself the lesser of the evils.
We need someone with Rush Limbaugh’s ideals and policies without the stigma associated with the Rush Limbaugh name.
