Having the right to do it in my home, or in designated bars/coffee shops would be awesome, and more than enough for me. Tobacco is legal, yet isn’t allowed inside most places.
Idk how it works in Texas but there are very few places in the rest of the country that prohibit tobacco. The handful that do are far outshadowed by those that don’t. I guess next we’re going to have to create a “pot smoking” section in restaurants.

Unless, I blow it in your face, or unless you are a weird person and like walking two inches behind someone smoking a joint, you won’t get any trace of it in your system outside. You actually think me smoking outside would cause others to get high….lol suuurreee.
You ever walked 10 feet behind a smoker? Apparently not because if you had you’d be smelling it. If you can smell it, it’s going in your system.

Oh and lets not forget you can intake THC in other ways besides smoking it. So we could easily make some law prohibiting smoking in public places, but there is no way magic brownies could harm you’re precious clean blood, unless you were hypnotized or forced to eat it.
So since it can be consumed in multiple manners means a ban is wrong? I don’t get the argument here.

And even if 2/3rd dont support it as your old gallup poll shows, 1/3rd of society would. Does that minority have no say? Kind of hypocritical to use that argument especially since you’re a republican, who always complain about abuse of the majority.
Yes isn’t it odd that the Republican minority gets completely ignored, to the point where now we can’t even propose changes to legislation in one house on Congress. It’s funny how now the “oppressed” minority should have a say when everyday your own party says and acts otherwise. Why don’t you just tack it on to a spending bill, if this move is as popular as you claim said congressmen will get re-elected. It’s not like your majority couldn’t push it through, right?
Yes Nickname, let’s trust the San Francisco press. They’re always on the pulse of what the mainstream of America wants.
If the rest of the world ran like California, not only would we have no power but we’d be one really screwed up country. On the other hand, we’d all be high so who’d really care.
