The VAST majority of people have a registered “home”. Minus those off the grid, and least likely to support the country in any meaningful way, a full account using existing data should be sufficient. There is no accurate way to take into account illegal immigrants and anyone else who refuses to live on the “grid”. Random sampling won’t help estimate that and taking educated guesses is just as inaccurate.
ah, sorry for the moody response, I took your reply wrong. I have republican friends who jab like that all the time. We ought to have video responses, where sarcasm and non verbal messages can be more accurately communicated. That way I can flick all you wing nuts off.
