OEM disks have “For system builders” on them because they are designed to be pre-installed on a computer sold to someone else. They are the same as the regular Retail versions but do not include 2-3 free support incidents with Microsoft like the Retail versions do. Since most techies aren’t going to bother asking them anyway it doesn’t matter if you don’t get direct support from Microsoft.
