K i have XP 32bit, i do not have an install CD in this state, and i tried the “chkdsk c: /r /f”, hit y, restarted and still say i need to run chkdsk.
i guess the issue lies in the fact it wont run after restart? i dunno. I also tried to *edited* around in the BIOS seeing if there was neway to run it there, but nothing seems to do what i was trying to do.
i guess i could pull the ol’ reformat the whole drive, but i dont have any of my install CDs or drivers with me in CT.
