but its cs edict to only go A when their are less than 3ppl per team on d2. I’m sure you know this and was just being a banana hammock

actually there is no rules as to witch site you must use in that situation is there ? More of a understanding people have of the map with 5 or less peeps

Personally, I think the slay was unwarranted. It’s a common courtesy for noobs, but as far as I know, it’s not a rule in our server.

Toran is completely right I usually spam the all say with hey A only or pistols when there is 6ppl or less on the server cause its fun and to the point.

But said again…its not a rule in the server.

It doesn’t get full right away. More people will eventually join when they see people playing in the server. Not everyone is willing to take the time to sit in an empty server and wait for others to join.

For those who are wondering; in NoDician, “edict” is the equivalent of our English word “etiquette.”

This brings up an interesting point. The word “edict” refers to a decree, or a proclamation of law. One such “edict” is the famous Edict of Expulsion which was brought forth by King Edward I of England. This edict required the expulsion of all Jewish people from England and made the property owned by those Jews the property of the government of England. Therefore, “edict” might still work in place of “etiquette,” but it is customary to only use the word “edict” when naming the actual law.

If people arn’t willing to play in the server simply because it’s low on people you’ve got some foundational issues you need to sort out. Every day at 6AM the server starts with 0 people and every day a handful join and wait for it to fill. If you run those handful off or make them feel stupid there’s only one logical outcome.

I wasn’t even talking to you. The reason why you think I ignored your point is because I was talking to sticky. I was talking about why lockem would be in there.

Thanks for trying to be a jerk, as usual (and if this is not your intent, sorry, but you certainly come off as one), but I was actually supporting your stance on the issue. I admit that I should’ve quoted sticky — sorry about that — but don’t come off as so confrontational. You didn’t really here, but you do, well, pretty much all the time.

She is saying that she should have quoted sticky and apologized for that. She is not apologizing to you for being a jerk. She said that most of the time you are.

It really frustrates me when i see all this arguing. Personal opinions about one another are best left personal. If you truly feel that something needs to be taken care of with someone excessively flaming, being too argumentative or being generally disagreeable please find me. I’m trying to be on IRC as often as possible, checking the forums every few hours, and I’m always near my email so pm me and I’ll see it. Lockem: i have searched the logs and I cannot seem to find anywhere were you got slayed. This doesn’t mean I do not believe you, it just means that I am fail when it comes to searching logs for you. There are no set rules stating you should never go B with less than 6 or so people playing but generally that is “etiquette” that Grammar PoPo is talking about. Since there is no rule stating that you have to go B, the slay was uncalled for it, but since I cannot find the ban I cannot issue any warning. If/When I find the instance of this happening, appropriate action will follow.

For Clarification: The “Courtesy Rule” of going only A when less that 6 players is not a set rule, and therefore cannot be enforced. Enforcing Rules that are not in our set rules is not allowed and If you want it to be added to the rules, make a separate thread with a poll about it.

Closed because this *edited* is getting ridiculous.
