Any body know how to get rid of the virtumonde? DOnt know how i got it. Turned off my firewall and windows updates. i was liek WTF i turned it back on then it turns it off…

Run the “Magic 4”. If you follow this proceedure it will remove almost any virus, trojan, or malware program.
FIRST THINGS FIRST, DISABLE SYSTEM RESTORE. Don’t ask why, just do it.
Boot into safemode, double check that system restore is still disabled, open msconfig and disable ALL startups and ALL non-Microsoft services. Apply, close, don’t reboot.
Open a command prompt, go to c:\windows\prefetch and del *.*
Go into regedit, go to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run and RunOnce and delete all that don’t look familiar.
Do the same for HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run and RunOnce
NOTE: Once you have removed the malware, you can turn programs back on in msconfig.
Run SDFix

When it gets back into normal mode run Combofix

If it doesn’t reboot, do it yourself and go into safemode.
It may be gone at this point, if it is don’t bother going any further.
When it gets back up run VirtumundoBeGone.

Reboot back into normal mode and run smitfraudfix.

Run a follow up Spybot S+D scan just to make sure you don’t have anything else.
It wasn’t porn lol. I was looking for Photoshop Signature Tutorials. Then all of a sudden pc froze. Then It said “windows thingy is not protecting” Oh and i found the solution. I downloaded “Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware” REALLY GOOD. Found the whole thing. As i read it places itself into the memory *edited*. And this program removes it completely. Then when it reboots erases the rest of it. TY for everything . Ty Master P. No one Delete this thread might be needed by some one else, Or by me. Cause i like to torrent
BTW , this is the first Virus/trojan thingy that was actually *edited*ing me off. Opening this BS DOWNLOAD ANTIVIRUS 2008 RIGHT NOW. Random Websites and other bs. Tried to make me download “AVG ANTIVIUS” lol
