this map always crashes the server. if the server doesnt crash, the map usually lags like crazy. im sure everyone has seen both knives + scouts floating in the air all over the map due to the major lag. why is this map still on the rotation? just replace it with AWP_DUST…asap…
SK aint going nowhere, buddy..suck it up..we cant make everyones favorite rotation..might just need ta fix ya rates for the map..I dont lag…Loot.
Wow, everyone, he’s talking about the map crashing the server, not his map preferences.
It’s true that the server does crash sometimes when we play SK. Once goosey had to votemap to another map cuz it was lagging so bad (he said it’s what happens right before the server crashes). And I have seen knives floating around (and outside of spawn!). I’m assuming lag is to blame.
I don’t know if it does this all the time, but I wanted to say that I have seen instances when it lags and crashes.
SK is at the end of rotation
if it crashes it just goes to D2 quicker which is the next map in the rotation anyways so it starts the rotation fresh if the map does not crash, as well if the map does crash.
i though awp_dust replaced that pff_dust map?
No… pf dust2 is still on the rotation.
And while that is true and great that it goes to dust2, it’s *edited* that the map crashes at all.
I know exatcly what sticky is talking about and i seen it. and i dont like scoutknifes map and it would be way better to have awp_dust or awp_city maps on a rotation.
It’s a good map , I love it ! But I think sticky is right, lets replace it … the server always chrashing and going d2 sucks.
THIS IS BLASPHEMY! SK is one of the reasons I stay on the server yes I said it. I love this server to death(no not deathdealer hes an *edited*) but the server itself. I love this *edited*. when I miss SK by a map or 2 i *edited* bricks.

I know poopie is worshiping SK map.
You say that map brings more people? I don’t think that people coming back to server after the server crashes and they going to look for another one and thats how u loose people

I mean that was the logic behind having sk last. We had it last in the rotation so when it did crash the server it would restart at dust2 (ie. the next map) and continue on the rotation. Its actually a good idea, cept the crashing has become everytime sk comes up it crashes so we cannot rely on that nemore.
The map was removed because the crashing issue has become severe again and its time we go look up that thread dice posted that had an alternate scoutz. Throw it up on the server and see what ppl think of it.

I think I saw sk on the rotation still, but I played without any problems. Thanks for putting piranesi in (although I <3 teh chateau, too).

Haha, I actually understood what loot said without reading the translation first. For some reason, I feel like extreme things are like extreme sports and the like. Crazy daredevilish stuff. Loot is the new Evel Knievel.
