Doubling the space might be enough. And not necessarily having more tables, but having the overall table layout changed somewhat would be better. Another thing is to consider is projector placement and what games will be on those projectors. Ideally, we want RB far away from the welcome table AND the PC core. The other projector areas need to be placed well enough apart from each other and with a least a decent sized bubble from major traffic areas. A mock set-up would have to be done. If it can’t be done in time, or have something agreed upon, before the next LAN, then there should be a team of us going around during the LAN making notes and suggestions.
