Why not wait and see how hot it all runs together on air then decide if water cooling is even necessary? MasterP has water cooling on his GPU only (8800GTX) and that is only because its built into his case; I would think the hassle and price would outweigh any advantage of the setup.
I actually have watercooling on the CPU and GPU. As Kuros pointed out the system really can’t handle both but the GPU is still far below air cooled and the CPU is at normal air cooled temperature. All this under heavy load (IE Cod4, Supreme Commander, Hellgate) for 6+ hour runs. If I installed another radiator it would drop another 15-20°F on the GPU and 5-10°F on the CPU but it’s not worth the hassle until I flush and clean the system later this month.
The only reason I continue to run watercooling is because it stays the same temperature no matter how long I play, whereas the 8800 GTX continually gets hotter on air cooling until you start losing performance. This was the problem I was having the month before I changed over but with the newer 65nm and future 55nm video cards I would definately wait and see if you even need it. The Intel Core2 chips run like insanely cool on stock cooling so you may only want one for your video.
