Most of the long dead Presidential name mumbo jumbo I always figured was mostly BS, meant to throw people off of their tail. Which turns out to be mostly true, though it turns out to be other stuff in the end too. Anyhow, it’s all explained in 4. Olga Gurlukovich (say it in a Solid Snake voice, much more fun).
I can see that though. I’ve know quite a few people who don’t like the games solely based off the fact that the story is so convoluted at times (ok, most of the time).
