I was thinking that we should try to get some peeps together for a Mini-LAN and cookout one weekend. Friday or Saturday afternoon. Those of us taking summer classes are all in Central so We could hit up the Multipurpose room and cookout right outside. Sounds like fun to me. Any weekend is good for me What weekends/day would be best for everyone else who might attend?
That would be awesome! I would totally come back to Western for anything. A summer away from Western is horrible!!

I love the idea but unless your paying for it yourselfs then I can’t really help in anyway…
I think we should look towards either this weekend, or next weekend. Possibly Friday or Saturday. Need to get a date in mind so we can try to secure the Central multipurpose room.
I think its rather unlikely that we could get enough people to come to even warrant such an event.
Still, even if we only had like 12 ppl and played some CSS/TF2/SSB:B or something it would be a good time. I am willing to go whenever. I don’t mind pitching in a few bucks either to help pay for drinks/pizza/etc.
Do it on a Saturday, I could probably get Saturday off. No way are the code nazi’s in Asheville gonna let me get off during the week xD. In other news, Kappa got a pretty good internship in Asheville doing doing document imaging and programming using itextsharp, hummingbird, adobe pro/designer, and visual studio c# x_X.

My schedule for next weekend is already busy, this leaves us with the weekend before the end of 1st session. Which is the last weekend in June.

On another note…
I should be able to borrow a 48 port switch from networking if you guys are serious about making this happen; that should be more than enough for the size of any event we would be having.
If you all want me to plan one I can just let me know what date you want and I will contact the RD from central and see if we can have it there. Friday and Saturday nights are probably best for me.
