Where are all the people?

I was just wondering why it seems less and less people have been coming to the WCU CS Source server lately. It is a bit lonely there lately and I noticed when it does boom with people it only lasts about 4 hours or so. If you play there frequently then you will know what I mean about the population decrease. Also I hope everyone who reads this post will start or try to start getting more people to come to the server more often. I hope we can get the server consistently populated again and also if anyone has any ideas how bring them up and we can discuss them.
