yea, i can’t get to sleep before 4 am anymore, over Xmas break I worked the nightshift and it messsed my sleeping pattern up, I’ve tried smoking a J around 930 10, didn’t work, does anyone know of any sleeping pills that actually work ?
Just try and go to bed earlier try or stayup all day instead of sleeping at 4 am don’t rely on sleeping pills or your cycle = messed up ever more
The best way to shift from night shift to normal daytime hours is to stay up around the clock one night and then stay up all the next day like normal. You’ll be tired as hell but you’ll be able to go to sleep around 9-10pm and wake up at a normal time. After that you should be good to go.
This also works when switching to Euro and Asian times.
The biggest thing to do is stick to it, I did the stay up all night and all day thing like three times cause I kept getting off track and staying up till like 3 or 4 AM. So once you start just stick with it and don’t change it.
or you can go to sleep at 4. but wake up before 10 am. then go into bed at 9-10 and stay there for atleast an hour. try counting drugs or something backwards. start at 200. you’ll fall asleep. or go to the gym a couple times a day you’ll be really exhausted
I feel your pain, i was out until 3 or 4am over break and now cannot even get into bed until atleast 2am
And i’ve been back at school for 2 weeks alreadyIt’s not a huge deal for me, I’m a night owl anyways, so I scheduled my class around the fact that I’m up late, my earliest class is 1 Pm.
haha ballin wispy, I don’t either, you can only take like intro to english classes on fridays at my school, I haven’t had a friday class in 3 semesters.
i actually have an it course friday at 3 but i figure i can go with a hangover when theres no tests or crap
